Advances and discoveries in science are fed by the continuous exchange of knowledge and skills among different researchers. This is the key to SISSA success and is also the spirit of the annual Intra-Area Meeting in Physics that will be held on Friday 13 December. The aim is to bring together the physics groups active at SISSA for a day of confrontation, exchange of ideas and know-how, results and scientific vision. Each group’s coordinator will be introducing the main research lines and the main results recently obtained. Two research fellows from each group will then be discussing representative topics. The day will be enriched by the presence of two external speakers: a member of the CNR, and a member of the INFN.

The meeting will take place in room 128-129, staarting from 8:50 am.
