Research interests

I'm a third year PhD student under the supervision of professor Laio at SISSA and Dr.Grilli at ICTP. My main research projects concerns the dimensional reduction and characterization of dataset with discrete features, from spin systems to metagenomic strands and unweighted networks. I'm also interested in population dynamics of bacterial communities and the associate competition-cohoperation properties.
