I am a second year PhD student in 'Physics and Chemistry of Biological Systems'. I got my master degree in
Physics at Università degli Studi di Milano, in 2015. My thesis was focused on the Hopfield model, a toy-model developed for understanding human memory. The aim was to propose a topological characterization of the Spin Glass transition in a class of Random Boolean Networks defined by such model.
Now I am working in the field of polymer physics under the supervision of Angelo Rosa and I am currently studying the problem of chromosome positioning in cell nucleus.
