After the sold out during the SISSA Summer Festival 2021, LIBRA is finally back on 29 and 30 June!

Based on a subject by astrophysicist Roberto Trotta, LIBRA is a video-theatrical show told through stage actors, holograms and an impressive visual mapping on three facades of the Miramare castle, which is a partner of the project along with SISSA.

In the near future, the sky is obscured by the artificial satellites of a multinational corporation. Virgil, a supervisor of the company, discovers mysterious frames in advertisements that appear to be linked to a bizarre collective syndrome that his wife also suffers from. Will the help of a teenager and an artificial intelligence be enough to find the solution to the problem?

Dozens of virtual participations created by Gigi Funcis will animate the holographic wall. The futuristic projections on the castle - never attempted before by LIBRA - were created by Federico Petrei (Deltaprocess), a veteran of visual mapping. The musical part curated, by the Eterea Post Bong Band, is enriched by the contributions of Enrico Gabrielli (Afterhours, Calibro 35) and Nicola Manzan (Baustelle, Ligabue).
