Toward a new organizational structure

SISSA is implementing a new organizational model aimed at the supervision of production, organization and innovation procedures while increasing  employee autonomy.

The School has already run and planned several training courses, both on management and specialized topics. Moreover, it has launched several selection procedures to offer opportunities for professional growth.
