First-year students should take mandatory courses in a variety of important subjects in biophysics. Exams on each course consist either of 'homework' assignments (exercises, essays, etc.) given during the course and/or a final exam (oral or written) at the end of the course.
Some extraordinary and brief courses with expertise visitors are normally scheduled and notified before enough to permit first-year students (as other students as well) attend them satisfactorily.
Complete information regarding professors, syllabuses, duration and relative schedule is avalaible in the section Courses.
