Science communication today: the National Conference is back at SISSA

Four days of meetings among science communication scholars and professionals, more than thirty appointments including round tables, workshops and thematic sessions to discuss about the sector's challanges and innovations. This is the new edition of the National Conference on Science Communication organised by SISSA Interdisciplinary Laboratory in collaboration with Feltrinelli Education, Immaginario Scientifico, Sissa Medialab and SWIM - Science Writers in Italy.

The Conference will start on Wednesday 17 November at 11 am at SISSA Auditorium on Miramare Campus with the School's Opening Ceremony 2021-22 and the Lectio Magistralis by Vittoria Colizza, Research Director at INSERM in Paris and expert of mathematical models of the spread of emerging infectious diseases. The event will continue in the following days at SISSA headquarters in Via Bonomea. The full programme is now available on comunicazionescienza.com

All appointments will take place in presence, in respect of the restrictions due to the pandemics. Some of them will be available in live-streaming.
In order to attend in presence, it is necessary to register to each appointment through the Conference website, no later than 10 November. Please also note that a valid Green Pass will be mandatory.
