New appointment of the series “If I knew how to take a good pic, I would always do it” by Giuseppe Mussardo and Andrea Tomicich.

The event will focus on portrait, one of the most difficult types of photography. The capture of a look, a face, a situation: a "candid shot" can freeze time and emotions. The topic will be addressed through the pictures of world-renowned photographers such as Gisèle Freund, Dorothea Lange, Vivian Maier, William Hine, Sebastião Salgado and Steve McCurry.

The seminar will take place on Thursday 1 June in SISSA Big Meeting Room starting from 6.00 pm.

The event is free and open to the public. Because of limited seats, reservation is mandatory. To reserve please write to the following email address: eventi.ilas@sissa.it

Visti i posti limitati, è obbligatoria l’iscrizione al seminario scrivendo all’indirizzo eventi.ilas@sissa.it
