HPC: challenge the present to innovate the future

The Master in High Performance Computing (MHPC) organizes the 3rd edition of the event "HPC: challenge the present to innovate the future". The aim is to build a dialogue with all stakeholders involved to analyze new trends and needs of the HPC world. The event will be held Friday, February 26 2021, from 15:00 to 17:00.

A synergic collaboration between the best players in Friuli Venezia Giulia (and beyond) to innovate the future of high technology.

After the institutional greetings, there will be the lectio magistralis given by Guido Sanguinetti - Professor of Applied Physics and Chair of Data Science at SISSA, followed by the presentation of diplomas and the awarding of the best thesis 2019-2020.

The event will conclude with a success story: Peter Labus, former MHPC student and now Large Scale Deep Learning Team Lead at Fraunhofer ITWM.
