After a bachelor’s in biological sciences, she discovered neuroscience and became passionate about the study of interlaminar astrocytes and their development in the mammalian brain. Her research took her to California, but in a few months, she will leave USA’s West Coast to return to Trieste. Back from the brain drain? She prefers to call herself a “dreamer”.
