Here is some updated information about the 1997 Summer Workshop on Algebraic Geometry
and Physics.
Arrival. The Workshop will start at 12:00 noon of Tuesday,
September 16 with the registration and a wine party. However if you prefer so you
are welcome to arrive at Medina del Campo on the 15th; a dinner for the participants
will be available on the evening of September 15th. A detailed preliminary
programme is available.
Accommodation. The workshop will take place at ``Castillo de la Mota", a historic castle in the small town of Medina del Campo (Valladolid), some 150 km from Madrid. All meals will be served at Castillo de la Mota. Participants will be either accommodated in Castillo de la Mota or at Hotel "La Mota", situated in the village at a 10 minute walking distance.
Lodging will cost 4,500--5,000 pts per day (1 US$ = about 145 pts) for single room accommodation, and 3,600--4,000 pts per day for double room accommodation. Meals for the whole duration of the workshop will cost 16,000 pts. There will be a registration fee of 10,000 pts.
You should indicate in the enclosed reservation form your arrival and departure dates. Please send the form to the e-mail address wagp97@klein.usal.es as soon as possible, and not after May 31st.
