The Interdisciplinary Laboratory of Natural and Humanistic Sciences and the Mathematical Physics Group of the International School for Advanced Studies in Trieste organize a workshop on the theory of reflection groups and their applications. The workshop aims at fostering the interaction between mathematicians and physicists dealing with various aspects of reflection groups.

Topics: Reflection groups in the theory of invariants, reflection groups as Coxeter groups, hyperbolic reflection groups, arithmetic reflection groups in hyperbolic spaces, reflection groups in algebraic geometry, Weyl groups of Kac-Moody algebras, complex reflection groups, hypergeometric functions and reflection groups, reflection groups in quantum field theory.

International Scientific Committee: W.Lerche (CERN), C. Procesi (Università "La Sapienza", Rome), E.Vinberg (Moscow State University).

Local Organizing Committee: L. Bonora, U. Bruzzo, P. Budinich, B. Dubrovin, S. Fantoni. For information please send a message to
rga98@boris.fm.sissa.it or write to B.Dubrovin, Secretariat of RGA98, SISSA, Via Beirut 2-4, I-34013 Trieste, Italy.
