SISSA research on rods on F1000prime

The research conducted by Monica Mazzolini, Giuseppe Facchetti and Vincent Torre from SISSA titled “The phototransduction machinery in the rod outer segment has a strong efficacy gradient” and published recently on the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America, has been recommended in F1000Prime as being of special significance in its field by F1000 Faculty Member Gordon Fain.
