Study: Same 'Jumping Genes' are Active in Octopus and Human Brains

New research shows that the same jumping genes are active both in the human brain and in the brain of two species: the common octopus ( Octopus vulgaris ) and the Californian octopus ( Octopus bimaculoides ).
