  2. Elementary modules from reaction kinetics
  3. Qualitative behavior: steady state, stability and multistability
  4. Feedback regulation: examples
  5. Parameter fitting: linear regression

Inferring Regulatory Networks
  1. Aggregating data: clustering algorithms
  2. Reverse engineering via "system identification" techniques
  3. Other methods: looking for a "core regulatory kernel"
