DATA: Countries names and Features (characteristic of countries). The raw-data of 207 countries, 575 features of 41 years (1960-2000) can be obtained from the World Bank.
MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD ALGORITHMS: The codes are available for free at this website.
The algorithm for non-parametric transformation of data into a complete data set can be found here (C program). Download here a free C compiler.
