Trieste-Ronchi dei Legionari airport is about 40 km from Trieste.

You can reach downtown Trieste by APT coach number 51. The coach terminal is near the silos beside Trieste Central railway station.

Tickets can be purchased at the airport:

• at the ticket machine available 24 hours a day (Passenger terminal, "Arrivals" side)
• at the Tourist Information Office - Turismo FVG (Passenger terminal, "Arrivals" side)
• From the station you can reach Piazza Oberdan on foot (5 minutes' walk), where buses to Via Bonomea leave from (see "By bus" section).

The campus can also be reached by taxi, available outside the station, "Arrivals" side, from 08.00 to 24.00.
